The Landing at Angels Flight is a two phase development proposal for a corner site in downtown Los Angeles. The project consists of a phase one transit oriented condo, light commercial development and parking. Phase two is a retail and hospitality tower to be developed once phase one reaches financial stability. The project is well positioned to take advantage of the existing amenities surrounding the site such as the Metro Station and the Historic Central Market.
